There are a couple ways to enter payments.

For an appointment...

  • On any appointment, scroll down to the bottom of the page. You'll see a row of payment methods (which vary by clinic) with boxes below. To enter a payment, enter the amount in the appropriate box and tab out of the field. Your entry is saved automatically.

    Important If the payment you enter is for an appointment in the future, then it's recorded as a Deposit. If it's entered for an appointment today or in the past, it's considered a Payment.

  • You can access the same payment entry feature from the Check In page by clicking on the Amount Paid dollar amount link.

  • From the Check Out page, you can enter payments in the same way by clicking the Amount Paid dollar amount link.
