We are currently not accepting online appointments for dogs. Please bring your dog to the location of your choice. If we are unable to get your dog on board, we will then make an appointment for a future date.
IF the date you would like to schedule your cat for does not appear, it means we don’t have any more guaranteed spots for that date. You can select another date, contact Darcy to see if there are other options, or try to get on as a walk-on. We accept a number of walk-ins at all of our locations. Just bring your pet to the location of your choice at 6:45am and we will do our best to get you on. IF we are unable to, we will get you a guarantee future appointment.
Once you submit your request, you should receive a confirmation in the next 24 hours. Make sure you CONFIRM your appointment date when you get your confirmation email! Sometimes this email will end up in your spam/junk folder- so check that folder if for this email. IF we do not hear back from you, your appointment will expire.
If you are a “no-show” you will not be given another guaranteed appointment.
Please make sure to bring your proof of public assistance or low-income to your appointment.
